These terms and conditions apply when purchasing or downloading a product from AudioTheme and may be amended from time to time.<\/p>\n

By using the AudioTheme, LLC. website and products you agree to release, indemnify and hold AudioTheme, LLC.,\u00a0and its affiliate companies, and their officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any and all claims, judgments, demands, or liability for damage to persons or property of any kind or nature arising directly or indirectly out of your participation in this offering.<\/p>\n

1. General Usage<\/h2>\n

All digital products\u00a0provided by AudioTheme\u00a0are released under the\u00a0GNU Public License<\/a>\u00a0version 2.0.<\/p>\n

With all purchases, you are entitled to unlimited usage of the product\u00a0for yourself or client work. Product updates and support\u00a0are limited to\u00a0one calendar year from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n

As a courtesy, some themes may include design files \u2014 making it easier to meet the needs of your personal site, or providing a theme as a base for client work. Our themes are developed with this usage in mind.<\/p>\n

AudioTheme retains the right to change the terms and conditions and licensing of this site and our products\u00a0at any time.<\/p>\n

2. Guarantee<\/h2>\n

AudioTheme themes are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the theme within the latest WordPress<\/a> platform. We cannot and do not guarantee compatibility with third party plugins. If for some reason the theme is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

3. Support<\/h2>\n

We offer support for any product purchased from AudioTheme. Support questions and inquiries should be directed to our support form. Our support includes common issues, bug fixes and basic usage questions. Support does not include customization of themes beyond their original programming, installation of the products or WordPress consultation. However, we do offer professional WordPress services in addition to our general product support.<\/p>\n

Support for the AudioTheme Framework is dependent on maintaining an active AudioTheme license and is limited to the avenues agreed upon during purchase. Contact us separately for information regarding extended AudioTheme licenses outside of our current offerings. An extended license may be needed for a web service running as a WordPress Multisite or our when products are being offered as part of a software package.<\/p>\n

4. Refunds<\/h2>\n

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please log into your AudioTheme account to contact support<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our contact form<\/a> and let us know you\u2019d like a refund. No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.<\/p>\n

Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.<\/p>\n

5. Licensing<\/h2>\n

The CSS, HTML, PHP, design and any other elements of the themes and plugins downloaded from AudioTheme are released under the GNU General Public License v2<\/a> or later. They are in total compliance with standards of that license as well as with WordPress. Our products are not compatible with the WordPress.com blogging community. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform obtained from WordPress.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

6. Theme Compatibility<\/h2>\n

Our products are designed to function properly with the latest version of WordPress<\/a> and it is our job to make sure they do so. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of WordPress. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our products with all third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best resolve the situation. Moreover, we cannot guarantee our products will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme, plugin, or WordPress properly.<\/p>\n

7. Price Changes<\/h2>\n

AudioTheme reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product or license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.<\/p>\n
