However, we reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material. Your site must also be fully functional with original content. Spam or scraper sites will not be approved. If your site is still in its development stage, please apply after it\u2019s completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discount and deal-type websites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are not offering public discount codes at this time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promoting AudioTheme without a website<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although promotion through websites is the most popular way our Affiliates to promote AudioTheme, we recognize that different markets have different needs. If you do not include a website to review, please make sure to include details regarding how you plan to market AudioTheme in the Description section on the <a href=\"https:\/\/audiotheme.com\/account\/affiliate\/\">Affiliate Program application<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using the AudioTheme name in a domain name<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any affiliate who intends to market the AudioTheme name, including but not limited to AudioTheme and the AudioTheme Framework, in a top-level domain (eg. www.audiotheme-wordpress-themes.com) must obtain written consent from AudioTheme LLC <em>prior to execution<\/em>. Each marketing plan is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sample Affiliate Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Affiliates who have obtained written approval from AudioTheme LLC to use AudioTheme in a top-level domain <strong><em>must<\/em><\/strong> include an affiliate disclaimer in the site footer. For example: &#8220;This website is independently owned by an affiliate marketer of AudioTheme. It is not sponsored by AudioTheme, AudioTheme LLC, WordPress, or Automattic Inc.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using the AudioTheme name in URLs, ads or promotions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, prior consent is required by AudioTheme LLC for use of the term AudioTheme in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or other social networking site URLs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promoting affiliate links on Twitter with the hashtag #AudioTheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in AudioTheme-related discussions using the Twitter hashtag <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/audiotheme\">#AudioTheme<\/a>, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards, undisclosed affiliate links on AudioTheme-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Buying products\u00a0using your own Affiliate link<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a general rule, Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on purchases made through your own affiliate link. However, we recognize there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us before you begin using your own links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Violation of Affiliate Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, <strong><em>please contact us<\/em><\/strong>. Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issue. That said, Affiliates found to be in violation of the Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. Excessive violations will result in termination of the violating party\u2019s Affiliate account.
