What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?
You own any themes or plugins purchased from us and can continue using them for as long as you like.

Can I cancel my subscription before it renews?
Yes. If you cancel any time before your next payment date, you'll continue receiving support and updates until your subscription expires.
What is included in product updates?
Updates include general maintenance, bug fixes, security patches, new features, and compatibility with new versions of WordPress and some third-party products.

They can be installed automatically using our Agent plugin or downloaded manually from your account.
Can I use your themes on multiple sites?
Sure. Just keep in mind that we can only provide support, updates, and advanced features for a single site per subscription.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes, links to theme documentation are available in your account after making a purchase.

Are the themes optimized for search engines?
Yes. By nature, WordPress is a very SEO friendly platform. We have made extra steps with AudioTheme to maximize SEO potential such as the proper usage and placement of the titles, excerpts, headings, and valid code. Furthermore, we include special schema markup to coincide with the various AudioTheme Framework features. Third party plugins can easily be added to further increase Search Engine Optimization.
Am I allowed to modify the code?
Yes. Our licensing permits you to modify the code as much as you like after purchase. Customizations to themes should be made using a child theme. Any other method can’t be supported and changes made to files in a parent theme will be lost when the theme is updated. Each of our themes includes a sample child theme available for download in the documentation.
Can I download a theme purchased from to use on my own host?
Not at this time. Though the themes look the same, they each have features that are unique to their intended platforms. If you made your purchase within the last 30 days, you can request a refund from, then buy the self-hosted version directly from us here at
How customizable are the themes?
In general, most themes (not all) provide basic customization options. However, these options do not necessarily consist of major modifications to the layout or design of the theme. Custom solutions of this nature can be made within the code of the theme files. Should you need help with customizations, you can fill out our Customization Request Form. Upon submission, our theme customizers will follow up with you regarding changes to the theme beyond the scope of our support.
Can you recommend someone to make customizations?
Yes. Feel free to contact us in regards to changes to your theme beyond the scope of our support. We can either recommend you to someone that can help or if time allows, our team may be able to do the customizations.
